- Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Clinic Coordinator BHC position is responsible for coordination and participation in FASD assessment and diagnostic clinic. This position works collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and under stressful work conditions. This is a job progression, two (2) job levels, designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences to employees as part of the overall assessment of their ability and capability. Progression between job levels is based on performance on prior assignments and the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral health field including; counseling, psychology or social work; OR PhD or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Trained in or applies knowledge of brief intervention modalities and health psychology concepts. Trained in social, systems and familial aspects of psychological and medical conditions. Two (2) years of experience in medical or mental health field to include counseling, psychology or social work. Two (2) years of experience working with children and families. Additional Qualifications for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Clinic Coordinator BHC II: Meets all requirements of FASDCC BHC I in addition to the following: 1. Current Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field. Minimum one (1) year experience working as a FASDCC BHC I or equivalent experience. 3. Successful completion of competencies outlined in Job Progression Checklist. 4. Demonstrates successful completion of or progress on goals as outlined in individual performance development plan.
