Summary

Stocks/rotates inventory, ice and glassware at bars as required during events

Duties and Responsibilities

Fills requisitions and enters transfers for all outlets

Rotates inventory practicing FIFO

Maintains inventory and stock of all supplies at all locations

Maintains rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as safe transfer/storage procedures

Maintains organized and clean storeroom

Enters transfers onto inventory sheets

Stands in for bartenders during breaks

Assists in running dirty glassware to kitchen

Schedule requires evenings and weekends

Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Education, Requirements, and Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to communicate, receive and execute instructions via radio.

Must be 21+ years of age and have TIPs training.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The position requires stooping and lifting. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position works irregular hours that may include holidays and weekends.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00
