Job Details:

  • Perform a variety of office support in the areas of personnel management, resource management, administrative and secretarial duties for the department.

This is a job progression, three job levels, designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences to participants as part of the overall assessment of their ability and capability. Promotion between job levels is based on performance on prior assignments and the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

Minimum Qualifications for Administrative Support I:

  1. High school diploma or GED.

Additional Qualifications for Administrative Support II; meets all requirements of Administrative Support I in addition to the following:

  1. One (1) year prior experience performing administrative support duties or demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support I at Southcentral Foundation.

Additional Qualifications for Administrative Support III; meets all requirements of Administrative Support II in addition to the following:

  1. Two (2) years prior experience performing administrative support duties or demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II at Southcentral Foundation.

  2. If required, obtain certification as a Notary Public within six months.
